The Babe Goes to Arizona

Madeline had her first far away trip this past week when we went to Arizona to visit my dad. It was her first plane ride and it went fairly well. We were there for one week and stayed both south of Tucson and in Phoenix. The photo above was taken in the town of Tubac were there were lots of neat little shops. I just love those Mexican pots!

Our last full day in Arizona we went to the zoo.

Trip to the Arboretum

On a recent sunny spring day we took a trip to the local arboretum with Madeline's friend Lukas.Madeline looking a little dazed and confused.

My Little Walker

This one's for grandma. She wanted to see Madeline walking when we saw her on Saturday and she wouldn't hardly take a step! Now she's going to fast it's hard to get the video camera on before he's half way across the room!

Easter Pics by Portrait Innovations

On a last minute whim I thought I needed to get Madeline's pictures taken for Easter so I took her to Portrait Innovations to get them taken. She sure has changed since her last ones in December!

Saturday Easter Hunt

On the Saturday before Easter Madeline and I met my mom and nephew Josh at Powell Gardens for an Easter egg hunt. We got a couple cute pics of Madeline during the hunt then in the gardens.

Hippity Hop, It's Easter Time!

Madeline and I went to an Easter egg hunt today with our Gymboree playgroup at one of the mom's homes. The babies are all right around 1 year old so didn't really get the whole idea but it was fun watching them checking out the eggs and toddling around.

We got a couple of cute pictures of Madeline and I together.

Still standing. Yes my little one is now officially a toddler! She's walking up to 4-5 feet at a time. She doesn't do that alot but she's getting there!
