He He Heee....Look Who's Three!!!

Yes, my little princess turned 3 years old on December 26th. I had a few birthday themed pictures taken of her when we had Christmas pictures taken. They turned out so cute and Madeline just loved the balloons!

I just love the perky expressions on her face. You can just tell this little girl has a zest for life!

But she looks so sweet and shy in this one - love it!
Cutie pie!

On Madeline's birthday we took her to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate....

The man (mouse) himself.

Mads loves playing Skee Ball...

...in her own little way.

Her buddy Barney.

The cousins came to CEC too.

Eating pizza (term used loosely)...not the best pizza but we were there for the entertainment...

Madeline trying out the party favors...

Ava and Abram loved Chuck E Cheese too.

Madeline's birthday cake. I was so rushed to get done this year I didn't get too fancy. I wish I would have done a better job...

Getting ready to blow out those candles. She talked about blowing them out for days before her birthday. I think this was her favorite part of the whole day!

And there she goes...

Me with my sweet little 3 year old!

Oh yeah, the presents...

Checking it all out...

Playing her new guitar from her Aunt and Uncle.

Christmas Day 2010

Hi everyone! We had a nice relaxing Christmas day this year. We opened presents, ate chocolate muffins for breakfast, and had the whole day to play with our new toys and presents. My parents came up in the afternoon and we had some yummy pot roast for dinner.
My little sweet pea (above) loved her Backyardigans plush toys that Santa brought for her. :)

Presents under the Christmas tree.

Beautiful ornament with Madeline's photo.

Madeline enjoying her new bounce house. She had the biggest smile on her face when she saw it and the whole time she was jumping in it...

Madeline enjoyed opening presents so much this year. Seeing the presents under the tree the days leading up to Christmas was just killing her. She tried opening a couple of gifts throughout the week before Christmas.

Me & Mads on Christmas morning. Sorry, no make-up. Scary huh?

Mads with her new pink robe on. It was so cozy. It's a little big too but I figured she would grow into it and would be able to use it for a couple years.
We had a wonderful day. I hope you had a great Christmas too!

Cookies for Santa

Tonight Madeline and I decorated our sugar cookies so that we could leave cookies for Santa tonight. You know how Santa's like frosted sugar cookies, I can only imagine...;)

Madeline posing with the cookies.

Yummy!

We put Santa's cookies on a plate for him...

and left them on the table by the couch...

...sure hope he finds them. :)

Oh how can I resist???

Our Christmas with the In-Laws

My cute little elf and I at my brother-in-laws house...

We spent Thursday with my husband's family for our annual Christmas celebration. Poor little Abram didn't want to cooperate for the photo at all. And getting a photo of all the kids with their eyes open was impossible! But we had a great day with our family...
The kids opening presents. Madeline is checking the presents under the tree.

More presents...

Cousin Abram with the Thomas the Train we got for him.

Madeline showing off her Cinderella and prince dolls that grandma got for her.

My cheesy little girl! I can't believe she's going to be 3 the day after Christmas! How time flies!

Madeline and Abram playing with one of his new toys. Madeline got some really cute toys and clothes. Thank you everyone!

Misc Christmas Stuff

We've been keeping busy doing various Christmas activities lately. But some days we just have fun staying home, playing, and baking cookies! Yum!

Our cookie mess. It sure is an experience making sugar cookies with an almost 3-year old!

One night this week we went out to dinner at one of my favorites Bravo! restaurant and then went to see a Christmas lights display afterwards. What a wonderful Christmas activity! Madeline loved the lights!

Gingerbread house.

Snowman family.

And this is how we feel after a long busy day...(too cute)...
