Madeline, my mom, and I recently went to see the Holiday Express train with our playgroup. It was our second year to see the train. We made a day of it and saw the train, then went to lunch, and did a little shopping and playing.
We even got to see Santa!
Madeline was so comfortable with him this year - a total change from last year!

After the Holiday Express train we had lunch at the Crayola Cafe. Mads had fun coloring.

Here's Josie...she was our first baby, the spoiled only child. Then one day Madeline came along...now she can't have anything for herself. She just got a new dog bed as an early Christmas present. She loves her new bed but guess who likes the dog bed too????
That's right, poor Josie now has to share her new bed with Madeline who thinks it's the coolest thing ever.

Ol' Josie has the best manners though. She gracefully shares the bed with Madeline...
And puts up with the hugs and constant attention of a 2 year old.
I think Josie needs a vacation...
